What is better that sipping top South African wines in a beautiful setting? Pairing their flavours with delicious dishes to give you an enhanced dining experience. WINE DOWN this Winter with our enticing Wine Pairing menu that will be available during the month of June.

The cost is R360 for 4 courses, including wine. Available daily, during lunch and dinner.


Marinated Baby Spinach & Pickled Mushroom Salad

Fresh baby spinach, grilled Halloumi, pickled mushroom,

fresh apple and honey soy dressing.


Tomato and Thyme Soup

Served with homemade bread.

Paired with Jordan Sauvignon Blanc


Butternut and Sage Risotto

Burnt sage butter and roasted butternut tossed

with a creamy risotto topped with salty hazelnuts.

Paired with La Motte Chardonnay


Beer Braised Oxtail

Oxtail in a rich beer and rosemary sauce, served with

buttery mash, baby carrots and button mushrooms.

Paired with Groenland Shiraz


Pork Belly

Slow roasted pork belly, served with apple and fennel puree,

vanilla infused mashed potato, tangy plum jam, crispy crackling

and roasted veg batons.

Paired with Raats Dolomite


Classic Creme Brûlée

A creamy vanilla pod creme brûlée, served with almond biscotti.
Paired with Tierhoek Straw Wine
Selection of Cheeses
