To make sure that no lurgies keep you from enjoying a night out at Ginger, Chef Tsware decided to share his "hot toddy” recipe with you!
Here is how you can make it at home:
In a pot or jug muddle the following ingredients together:
1 big nob of ginger sliced
The juice of 2 lemons and the rest of the lemon cut up
2 cloves of garlic peeled and roughly chopped
A sprig of mint
3 basil leaves
7 tablespoons of honey (raw if possible)
