Seductive Starters

Deep fried camembert
dressed with a strawberry black pepper and balsamic glaze, crispy basil and fresh rocket.

Classic white wine steamed mussels
served with a smoked leek and thyme cream topped with a rustic Gremolata crumb.

Spicy chorizo & petit pois risotto
topped with parmesan crackling.

Morish Mains

Seared duck breast
served with a beetroot hummus, honey cumin backed vegetables, topped with an orange glaze and crispy sweet potato silvers.

Pan fried line fish
topped with turmeric crumb, served with chive oil infused couscous, carrot & dill puree and sautéed baby spinach.

Cajun crusted beef fillet
served with potato dauphinois, red pepper puree and topped with thyme & port jus.

Decadent Desserts

White chocolate mousse
macerated blue berries, pistachio crumble, strawberry sorbet, grape infused meringues and wild berry coulis.

Home-made ice cream trio
Turkish delight / lemon meringue / chocolate brownie

Ginger's Decadent Delight
French chocolate and caramel sphere with gin infused Turkish delight, wild berries, crispy raspberry and salted caramel sauce.
